If you're looking for an intimate cosy meditation class with no faff and lots of relaxation, you've found it.

Guided meditation takes you on a journey to help you better connect with yourself, return to a state of calm, restore balance to the nervous system. With practice studies show you can reduce pain and stress as well as better manage anxiety and depression.

Set aside your notions of silencing the mind and chanting, because while that may become part of your practice it can be hard to find your way. Many feel self-conscious, nervous or even a little fidgety. This is completely normal. Meditation is not about shutting out thoughts, it’s about acknowledging them, accepting and letting go.

Ultimately to heal and refocus your energy.
