We have some new faces joining Florence Nightingale and Mary Seacole in the Education Centre.

Left to Right ->
- William Harvey was an English physician who made influential
contributions in anatomy and physiology

- Edward Jenner was a British physician and scientist who pioneered the concept of vaccines including creating the smallpox vaccine, the world's first vaccine.

- Joseph Lister was a British surgeon, medical scientist, experimental pathologist and a pioneer of antiseptic surgery and preventative medicine.

- Sir Alexander Fleming was a Scottish physician and microbiologist, best known for discovering the world's first broadly effective antibiotic substance, which he named penicillin.

The Immersive Learning Hub is officially OPEN!

'I am immensely proud of the works undertaken by the education teams, by leading an early adoption at HHFT we are ensuring that we are at the forefront locally and nationally for immersive technology and education within NHS arena.

Over the years at HHFT strive to ensure that we make a difference in everything we do, to not only our patients but also for our workforce, in supporting them to be safe, knowledgeable and trained within their current job roles but also for their future job roles within the NHS.

I am so proud of the technology we are introducing to the trust, this will bring about a different way of learning for all staff'
