Last Bank Holiday Monday I had the amazing experience of taking part in the Charity Plane Pull with The BrendonCare Foundation ✈️💪

It was such a fun day full of teamwork, laughs and plenty of smiles — and the best bit is we smashed the fundraising target of £1,000 for a brilliant cause! 🙌

Huge thanks to Dorset Plane Pull for putting on such a great event, and to everyone who donated or came along to cheer us on — your support really made a difference. ❤️

This was my first time doing anything like this and I absolutely loved it. It was also a proud moment to see ASR Sports Therapy supporting BrendonCare and the incredible work they do.

ASR Sports Therapy x Brendoncare Foundation

I’m so proud to announce a new partnership between ASR Sports Therapy and Brendoncare Foundation, a charity with over 40 years’ experience in supporting older people through care, community, and connection.

I’m excited to support a mission that champions dignity, connection, and quality of life—and to contribute my expertise in exercise and movement-based health.

I’m super excited to begin this journey—working together to ensure every member of the Brendoncare community continues to thrive.

On August 25th BrendonCare will be hosting a Plane Pulling event which I will be in attendance for at Bournemouth airport. Where you will also see me getting involved with the pulling of said plane. (Best get my training sorted for this!).

When Amanda and I first met, it was the start of her recovery from two leg fractures, Ouch!—lacking confidence, struggling to move, and barely leaving the house.
