Skydiving can give a collection of musculoskeletal pain; this lady had pain in both shoulders, and pain from a longstanding foot injury.
Working against time, we achieved pain relief and improved quality of movement and function, allowing this lady to fly!

Update on Bonnie: diagnosis femoral chondromalacia - stifle cartilage cracked, irregular, soft.
Signs & symptoms: bilaterally lame behind (variable), low mood and VERY intolerant of any challenges!

Now Wk 9 Strength & Conditioning programme
Pain medication continues
Unlevel behind in trot: reduced from 3/10 to 1/10 left and 4/10 to 2/10 right
Good and bad days, but overall brighter
Noticeable difference this week powering in trot going uphill, ears pricked, enjoying the exercise.

✅ starting to feel stronger and fitter.

Managing expectations- likely to be further setbacks, but quietly looking positive

(And her favourite trick is chucking her hay outside her box)

Not a good look!
I had the day off on Monday, my 50th birthday, and had a beautiful long walk. The following morning my left knee told me it is now old, swollen and painful.
I treated it with INDIBA and it settled really well, so today I thought I could go for a run, which was a mistake. Swelling has returned, it hurts a lot!
I’ve just treated with INDIBA again, photos at start and end of treatment. Although not a normal size, it has improved and thankfully feels much more comfortable.
Perhaps I should listen to my own advice and increase my exercise again a little more gradually this time!
