💁♀️"Thank you!"
How about a re-frame?
Sensitivity isn't something to be ashamed of. My sensitivity is something I am proud of! It makes me excellent at my job, a reflective partner, mother and friend.
The shame some people feel about their sensitivity can be a result of the negative judgement of others.
QUESTION - if no-one had ever judged you negatively for your sensitivity, and it was positively reinforced instead with love and compassion, how would you be living your life differently now?
(If you are a sensitive person who HAS experienced no shaming around their sensitivity PLEASE let us know your experiences too!)
Pic credit - not my own quote, but I can't find who to credit for it!
