🌞Walking off our jet lag (in between wash loads and putting the decorations away!) and enjoying a moment of glorious spaciousness.

🌞Family time is WONDERFUL but after 13 days together (including sleeping in the same room for 9 nights!) we were ready for a little headspace from our treasures - no doubt they feel the same! The kids had to share a bed too all holiday so I think they were very happy to be in their own bed(rooms) last night!

🌞George and I are looking forward to getting back into work mode after a refreshing change of rhythm and scenery - we’re working on some exciting new plans for the online yoga membership, which we look forward to sharing later this year.

🌞For now, things will remain the same and I’ll be teaching our first live membership class of the year on Sunday 11th January. In addition to all the on demand videos in the collection (150+ with new content added regularly) I host 2 live classes every month via zoom.

🌞If you’re interested in joining, head to the link in the bio (The Wellness Collection) or find all the details on the website. For the month of January we are offering a 30 day free trial instead of 7 days. Thereafter, if you choose to join, it works out at 33p per day!

Sending love and look forward to sharing a practice with you.

Hope you’ve had a peaceful few days.❤️

We’ve been having quite the Christmas adventure! On Boxing Day, after four days of back to back hosting, we drove to the airport at 5am and truly lucked out getting staff travel tickets to Miami! It’s the first time we’ve done an unconfirmed trip since having kids (because the thought of it has always felt too stressful 🤪) - and let’s just say it has involved a lot of deep breaths for me to get my head around traveling thousands of miles from home without a plan!

We spent the first two nights on South Beach - what a vibe - then got ourselves a pick up truck (when in America with two petrol heads in tow 🇺🇸 ) and drove to the Florida Keys! We made it all the way to Key West on Sunday afternoon and it’s so cool here.💜🌞

Today we’ve had a magical time laughing with the beautiful dolphins - they actually laugh when you laugh!🐬 We were all so impressed with the way it’s run and learnt many interesting things about these wonderful creatures and fantastic work they do here.

Still got a few more days to go before we fly home (assuming we get on the plane 🫣)… not sure our body clock will allow us to actually see in the New Year, as we’re mostly tucked up in bed by 9pm!

Wishing you all much love as the year draws to a close and we gently transition into a fresh new year. Don’t forget to keep your energy in sync with the stillness of winter. No grand gestures required. There’s plenty of time for that come springtime! 💕

As another year teaching draws to a close, I am feeling incredibly grateful. Thank you for trusting me to guide you.❤️ This practice continues to offer such deep wisdom and learning for us all, and I am thankful for every connection made — online, within my little studio and beyond.❤️

Here are a few reflections I’ve gathered along the way…

That showing up to my mat and my life imperfectly is what matters most.

That too much noise pulls me away from my intuition.

That parenting will stretch me to my edges and soften me (where I need it most!) at the same time.

That love deepens when it’s nurtured, not forced.

I’ve learnt that success isn’t measured by numbers, but by connection and impact.

That disappointment in business doesn’t mean I’m failing — it means I care deeply. And that trusting myself again is a quiet, ongoing practice.

I’ve also learnt to let go of doing everything the hard way.
To cut a few corners, spread the juggle of running a small business, and lean on brilliant mentors, when I need it — without guilt.

And maybe most importantly, I’m learning that I don’t need to fit in as I age naturally. I get to belong to myself and that is one of my biggest powers.

If you’re navigating growth, doubt, change, or simply trying to keep showing up — you’re not behind. You’re learning too.🤍

Sending peace, happiness, love and huge thanks. I’ll be back in the New Year.💜

He’s a lot of things; smart, funny, caring, sunny, loving, adventurous, independent, but most of all, he’s the kindest soul I know and the way he spreads this kindness with the world is a beautiful thing.💜

Thank you for making me a mummy Zach - we’ll never forget the Winter Solstice night that you unexpectedly skidded your way across our bedroom floor on a piece of Dad’s tarpaulin from the garage! Dad fell asleep within moments of the midwife and paramedics leaving… while you and I stared into each other’s eyes for hours. And in those precious moments I felt the awakening of a love like no other.❤️

For years, I made it to my mat in the early morning before the day had gathered speed.

It’s never been a perfect practice — but always consistent, for many years. It stared when Ayla was teeny tiny and offered me a moment to myself before tending to my children and the day. It also offered me enormous support when I felt myself slipping into a dark place.

And then, slowly, somewhere over the past year, I stopped.

I still practiced every day, just in a different way.
Less focused I think.
At different times of the day.
Without the same intentional landing that the quiet of the morning can offer.

And I want to be clear — there is nothing wrong with that.
A yoga practice doesn’t have to look one way. We’re all unique and need to flow differently.

But for me, there is something deeply powerful about a daily, consistent morning ritual. About meeting myself before the noise of the day arrives.

Something about arriving in my body, my breath, my inner landscape — first. I find there is less chance of being pulled out of my body when I’ve intentionally landed in this way.

These last 7 mornings have been a gentle return.
Not forcing.
Not fixing.

Just remembering how powerful it is to land into the day with intention.

If this resonates — if you feel that quiet pull towards a more conscious connection with yourself — I’ll be holding a supportive space to explore meditation more deeply in the New Year.

No pressure.
Just an invitation. Let me know if you’re interested and i’ll share the details.❤️

A wild and wonderful 56th birthday for this brilliant human! Love you gorgeous George. Such a joyous day spent with my person.❤️

We LOVED on Sandbanks Beach - it was terrifically wild and we were so well looked after.💫🌊

I think George may have surprised himself by his chosen birthday activity!😆🙌

This morning I did something I haven’t done in far too long…
I rolled out of bed at 6am, and gave myself the gift of a slow morning practice.

It wasn’t perfect.
It wasn’t long.
But it was intentional and I felt so good for gifting myself this precious time at the start of the day.

Somewhere along the way, I lost that spark — that quiet inner “why” that used to pull me to my mat each morning. And without intention, even the things we love can slip away.

Today reminded me:
Transformation doesn’t begin with the big steps. It begins with intention. A single choice. A gentle recommitment.
A moment of remembering what supports you.

If you’ve drifted from something that nourishes you… maybe this is your reminder too.

Start with intention and if you need a little support or guidance on your mat, I’m here with a range of beautiful grounding supportive practices.💛🙏

This photo was taken just before 30 wonderful souls gathered for yoga by candlelight in the beautiful Twyford Parish Hall.

We came together to raise funds for and the evening was filled with community, shared experience, and quiet moments of connection, kindness, and compassion.

Guiding this session was a real privilege and a reminder of the power of coming together with intention and an open heart.

We closed our practice with these gentle heartfelt words and it feels only right to share them with you too.❤️

May you feel held.
May you feel supported.
May you feel peace.

May you be surrounded by love.
May you know moments of ease.
May your heart be held with gentleness.

Sending love to you all ❤️
