5 weeks to the Berlin marathon and is on track. Being part of the team supporting him has been a pleasure, it's amazing seeing his strength and conditioning progression.

It's been a long time since I tried these, original inspo from , I'm very glad that I took time off from my lunch to play, it's so much fun 🖤💛.

Put these in your locker, your body will thank you for it with the contrasting movements, stretch and flex 💪🏻.

Set your straps at mid calf, toes flexed, shoulder blades in your back pockets and ensure those apples 🍑 don't turn to 🍏 sauce 😉. When you know, you'll know!

This was me trying a handstand after a Trx Pike session, lesson here is things don't go right, get up and start again. I'm still on the journey.

Many thanks to Dukey for checking if I was OK, only bruise was pride 😉 and that was a badge earnt.
