🌼 Small Wings, Big Impact 🐝
Pollinators like bees carry the weight of the world — one flower at a time.
They make our gardens bloom, our crops grow, and our ecosystems thrive.
Without them, everything falls out of balance.

🌍 Let’s protect these tiny heroes.
💛 Plant flowers. Say no to pesticides. Let nature breathe.

“The Last Flight”
Human,
I am alone now.
The hive that once sang with 50,000 sisters… is silent.
Only I remain.

You call me small.
But I carry your world on my wings.
Every flower I touch becomes your food.
Every grain of pollen — your future.

But the flowers are vanishing.
The meadows are dying.
And I… am tired.

When I fall — and I will fall soon —
Who will pollinate your apples?
Your almonds?
Your life?

No one.

🌼 Plant flowers. Everywhere. Now.
🌱 Turn your lawn into a meadow.
🌸 Your balcony into a buffet for bees.

I may be tiny.
But my death means your hunger.

Don’t let me be the last.
Save the flowers. Save me. Save yourself.
⏳ Time is running out.

A small request. 🙂 As part of a course I have almost finished in, Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy, I just need 10 people to answer the question below, please 🙂 There are no right answers, just want to know what the title means to people.
Please feel free to message me if you would rather that than post here.
The question is,
What do you think Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy is and how do you think it may benefit you?.

Really enjoying this continuous line drawing, up to date 31 now, but think I’ll just keep going … it’s a good challenge to not take your pen off the paper. Sometimes they work well, sometimes they’re absolutely rubbish 🤪 but it’s fun, and it’s a daily ritual that only takes 2-mins, if that. 😀✏️

Just sound this in my photos … it’s begging to be painted. Love the colours!

Why I chose Hypnotherapy to enable others?

Why I chose to be a Hypnotherapist

So, I am now coming up to 2 years of running my Hypnotherapy practice at www.debbie-mahon-hypnotherapy.co.uk. I work from my cosy, zen log cabin in our garden, and it still feels like a dream come true. When I think back to before I trained as a hypnotherapist, I realise just how much I have changed, both personally and professionally. I am now so much more comfortable within myself and have met many long-term challenges over the past few years.

Previously, I worked as an academic in Higher Education for over sixteen years. Here, I enthusiastically aimed to educate and enable students to evolve as independent and successful individuals. It finally dawned upon me one day that I would never truly be able to really make the difference that I really wanted to make, due to the constraints of the education system. So, I examined what brought me joy and fulfilment in my current job, and I realised that what I loved the most about my role was the one-to-one aspect of helping students to develop and transform into the best version of themselves. This led me to do what I do now as a hypnotherapist. I am still very much in a vocational career, but what is different is that I completely believe that I now make a real difference to the lives of people of all ages and backgrounds on a daily basis, by facilitating them to take back control.
