ℹ️ A flowing Pilates class suitable for all levels and abilities, taught via ZOOM by Mandy.

🗓️ Mondays at 9:30am.

✅ This is a great class for any of you who struggle to get to a class in the studio due to location, being away, children at home etc.

Ⓜ️andy has decades of experience modifying Pilates exercises to a wide array of participants and always caters to everyone’s needs.

👩‍⚕️Providing physiotherapy assessment, evidence based treatment, individualised rehab plans and sports massage on Monday & Friday afternoons.

🧘‍♀️ Emily also teaches our very popular Pilates Flow class on Monday evenings at 6:30pm.

🏃‍♀️‍➡️ With a love for running and keeping fit and healthy herself, she can empathise thoroughly with the frustrations that injuries and chronic conditions bring, alongside having some great recommendations and advice.

Our nurturing Mum & Baby classes start again this week & we have some lovely treats for you if you sign up for the course!

Pelvic health physiotherapist, Lucy, will offer lots of information and advice to help you look after your ever-changing body through this exciting season of your life. She also empathises with all the not-so-exciting side effects.

ℹ️ What to expect:
• gentle exercises to support growing a bump
• how to strengthen, but also how to release core muscles, including pelvic floor muscles
• safe space to exercise and ask any questions with a small group of pregnant women
• mats and equipment provided
