Join us at Wi******er Wellness for physio-led Pilates classes to actually learn HOW to train your pelvic floor muscles and maintain mobility throughout pregnancy.
Pelvic health physiotherapist, Lucy, will offer lots of information and advice to help you look after your ever-changing body through this exciting season of your life. She also empathises with all the not-so-exciting side effects.
ℹ️ What to expect:
• gentle exercises to support growing a bump
• how to strengthen, but also how to release core muscles, including pelvic floor muscles
• safe space to exercise and ask any questions with a small group of pregnant women
• mats and equipment provided
