Jade teaches online Yoga/PIlates classes, corporate yoga, 1-2-1 yoga or 1-2-2 & bespoke Events & Retreats in Hampshire, and further afield. Her aim is to teach you a feel good mindful flow, leaving you energised but restored & keeping your mind body feeling SOUL happy!

I receive a lot of emails and messages from beginners asking if yoga is for them as they aren't flexible, strong or a regular fitness ju**ie...

Truth is ... yoga is for everyone! I teach mixed abilities all shapes and sizes and the amazing thing is as well as me teaching you, you also teach me as no two bodies are the same!

The most important thing with yoga is to show up & never give up! Week by week you will see improvement in flexibility, your mindset and body positivity.
