Great excitement here, as I take order of our LYH logo clothing. Too impatient to wait for a break in the April showers, I've taken a few shots of me in my items, all of which are size small. They might not be the best photos, but I'm very pleased with the quality of both the fabric and the printing and can't wait to pass some of the items on to my students.

If you would like to order anything, please let me know what you'd like, the colour (dusty lilac, sea foam, grey (vest only in grey) and the size (XS up to XXL). Prices are as follows: vest (£18) T-shirt (£22) sweater (£32) or hoodie (£35).

Everything in this order is spoken for, so there would be a little wait if you've not yet ordered.

Exciting announcement... I'm going to be ordering some cotton T-shirts and hoodies with my logo on.
Would YOU like one? They need to be ordered to be ready in a couple of weeks. You can choose from these colours in both items: heather grey, sea foam, or dusty lilac. Never been so excited about going to the leisure centre!
It’s been so long - two months - since I saw everyone there. Looking forward to getting back to teaching there.
Also - oddly enough - can’t wait to do some indoor pedalling in the gym. Not yet able to work brakes on my bike yet, but I’ll get there!
Picture is of me out for a sunny walk yesterday…. Walking is what I’ve been doing a lot of lately. 🤩

Half term break is almost over.... and that's no bad thing, as it means Yoga in Kings Worthy will be back very soon. Join us in the heart of the village for yoga to suit all levels. If you struggle to get up and down from the floor, why not give my gentle, chair-based class a go? It's not all sitting down, as the chair helps us in standing poses too.
If you're happy getting up and down, try my mixed ability classes on Monday evenings or Tuesday mornings.
All classes are very welcoming, and it's a great opportunity to make new friends too.

Yoga can help us in so many ways. Always remember this: if you can breathe, you can do yoga.
Asana practice is very limited and slow for me just now.
Pranayama is helpful, always.
