Signed up for a sporting event this year and want some extra support? 💪🏼

Strength testing using VALD is a great way to identify your strengths and weaknesses and guide a personalised strength and conditioning program. The assessment is conducted by one of our physiotherapists, who will go through your results in detail and explain everything clearly so you understand exactly where you’re at.

Strength testing is suitable for everyone. We recommend completing VALD testing a few months before your event to allow enough time to address any weaknesses, reduce injury risk, and optimise your performance on the day.

✨ We offer pregnancy massage to help soothe aches and pains experienced as well as antenatal 1-2-1 reformer pilates sessions. All lead by our specially trained physiotherapist Sophie.

Our half marathon training is in full swing. 3 weeks to till Jack, Sabrina, and Kitty take on ******erhalfmarathon in aid of cancer research ( ). We are so appreciative of the support we have received so far, the link is in our bio if you’d like to donate too!

We are looking for a friendly and confident receptionist to start immediately, covering until end of August/September. Ideal if you’re home over summer holidays or looking for some short term work. We are looking for a minimum of 24 hours a week and up to 40 hours. The role includes rebooking patients, answering calls, and dealing with day to day admin tasks.

Meet our new physio Sabrina! Sabina is an experienced MSK physio graduating with a Master’s in 2018. She has since worked in the NHS and in private practise (in New Zealand!). Sabrina loves working with a variety of patients with musculoskeletal conditions, sports related injuries, and post-op rehab. She applies a mixed approach to care using targeted exercise prescription, soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, and in depth VALD assessment.
