We are sadly saying goodby to the lovely Rowena🩵

Her last timetabled class with us will be Monday 28th at 6:15pm. She will still occasionally be popping up to cover classes and host workshops. Thank you, you will be missed x

However, we are welcoming two new Pilates teachers to the Studio.
✨Rachel who will be taking over Rowena’s Monday evening class.
✨Abbi who will be covering classes at first.

So keep an eye out for an introduction as they start to appear more!

Meet our new teacher, Sophie Le Reste🩵

Sophie will be teaching Warm Yin Yoga and Meditation on Thursdays at 10am throughout the summer.

She will also be popping up elsewhere to cover!

Sophie is a mindful meditation and yoga teacher who artfully blends Hatha flow, Yin yoga, Restorative yoga and meditation to create nurturing and transformative classes.

As a Reiki Master and certified Life and Mindfulness Coach, she brings a holistic approach to well-being, guiding students with calming voice and gentle presence.

She looks forward to welcoming you to the mat!

🧘‍♀️We are very excited to announce our next Yoga Teacher Training Course is LIVE!🧘🏼‍♂️

Are you ready to deepen your yoga practice, expand your knowledge, share the gift of yoga with others and find an alternative career path?

This 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programme is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to become a certified yoga teacher.

The course will take place between 31st January 2026 and 15th March 2026.

We have over 30 yoga classes a week and yoga workshops almost every weekend. New Energy Yoga offers pay-as-you-go pricing for all classes as well as 1:1 teaching for private hire to take your yoga practice even further.
