✨We are bringing memberships to New Energy Yoga✨

This is a new way to enjoy your Yoga & Pilates classes at the studio! (We will still be offering the current Pay As You Go option)

So, how does it work?

- We are offering three packages: Foundation, Flow and Freedom. So, there is something for everyone! (Have a scroll to see which might suit you)
- Credits bought in a membership package will have a one month expiry date.
- Memberships will run on a monthly direct debit, the date your direct debit starts will be the date you receive your credits each month.

Why take out a membership?

- If you are a regular user then memberships offer the cheapest rate.
- Memberships include a variety of perks.
- Committing to a membership will also help you commit to your practice and hold you accountable.

Explore an intoxicating mix of high-energy Vinyasa flow with upbeat music and a slower-paced invigorating sequence, emphasising the connection between the mind, body and breath.

Sophie is a mindful meditation and yoga teacher who artfully blends Hatha Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Meditation to create nurturing and transformative classes.

We believe that Yoga is for everyone and our experienced and passionate teachers deliver classes that cater for complete beginners right through to more experienced Yogis.

We have over 30 yoga classes a week and yoga workshops almost every weekend. New Energy Yoga offers pay-as-you-go pricing for all classes as well as 1:1 teaching for private hire to take your yoga practice even further.
