January has a full calendar of classes for you to attend. Yoga Flow, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Gentle Yoga. I would love to welcome you this month and share this beautiful practice.
Join me on the mat or on a chair for yoga that strengthens the body, calms the mind, and nourishes the soul. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned yogi, our classes offer a welcoming space to move, breathe, and reconnect.

🌿 Wellbeing Walks are held once a month on a Saturday (Saturday 24th) and are always a real pleasure. Join us as we take a circular route around Colden Common ending up for coffee and cake. (Weather permitting!)

A Heartfelt Thank You

πŸ’Ÿ Thank you to each and everyone of you for your support this year. Whether you have been to one class or many I am so grateful that you chose to come along and practice with me.

πŸ’Ÿ I truly love sharing Yoga and being able to do just that is a privilege that I don’t take for granted. This year has been particularly difficult for me, but I can honestly say that even when I haven’t felt up to teaching, I have always felt lighter afterwards, connecting with you each week is a blessing.

πŸ’Ÿ I share this because Yoga is often wrapped in ideas of β€œlove and light,” but real life is richer and messier than that. We all have times when we feel low, tired, or reluctant to step onto the mat. Even Yoga teachers! This year has gently reminded me how yoga supports us, not by fixing everything, but by inviting us to move our bodies, breathe, and simply show up. And sometimes, that is more than enough.

🌟 This Yoga Flow class is open to all levels, whether you’re just beginning or continuing your yoga journey.

Welcome to Lunatree Yoga

Hi, I’m Sarah. If I’m not practicing yoga you can most likely find me in my garden, cycling or listening to music and a range of podcasts. I’m committed to environmental issues and fascinated by how we can improve our health and wellbeing.

I’m passionate about yoga and the benefits it can bring to absolutely everyone that ventures onto the mat. I have been practicing regularly for four years with intermittent spells for over twenty. My love for yoga has led me to qualifying as a Yoga Teacher on a Yoga Alliance Professionals 200 hour Teacher Training course and I feel both so excited and blessed to be on this wonderful journey.
