Do you ever get stuck overthinking a decision? 🌿

One minute it feels right.
The next, doubt creeps in.
So you ask others.
You think a bit more.
And somehow feel even more confused.😵‍💫

I’ve had a few of those moments recently.
Nothing big or dramatic.
Just a life and business choices.

And I noticed myself doing what we all do:
overthinking, wanting certainty, wanting the “right” answer… even though there rarely is one.
There’s simply the choice that feels right for me in the moment, with what I know.

So I practiced what I teach.💫
I paused.
I took a deep breath.
I asked my body, my heart, my intuition:
What feels true for me right now?

The answers came. Without force. Just quiet clarity.

Your intuition works the same way. 🌸
It does not shout.
It does not rush.
It simply knows.

Next time you’re unsure, try this:
✨ Pause.
✨ Place a hand on your heart or belly.
✨ Take one slow breath.
✨ Ask gently, what feels right for me right now?

Trust your inner voice today.
It knows more than you think.

🌿The calm you’ve been craving…

There was a chapter in my life when I was off sick.
Sat at my kitchen table alone. Fatigued. Unsure.
Trying to figure things out.
My body needed rest, but my mind was super busy.
How am I going to get better?
What more do I need to do?
What if... what if... what if...

And when my mum said something (over and over) that changed everything:
“Listen to this mantra and just meditate, Nemisha.”

So I did. 🧘🏽‍♀️
I intentionally paused.
I went within, not really knowing what I was doing, or how this would help.
I softened my breath.
I let myself be still, even though my mind wandered and part of me wanted to move or go “do” things.

That first moment of real stillness and connection...
It wasn’t perfect, my mind wandered a lot, I felt fidgety.
But for the first time in a long time, I felt something different inside.✨

That’s when I realised:
So many of us, we don’t need another thing to do…
We simply need to be more with ourselves, as we are.

To slow down.
To connect inwards.
To be where we are with what is.

When everything feels like too much…
it’s okay. It’s normal. We’re human. 🌿

Pause for a moment.
Take one slow, grounding belly breath.
Then another.
Let your body soften and your mind settle.

A gentle thought to hold:
I am capable. I can handle this.🧘🏽‍♀️

It’s not about doing more.

It’s okay not to be okay.
And it’s also okay to feel frustrated that you’re not okay.

We can be fine on the outside
and not so fine on the inside.
Strong, capable, high-functioning…
and still tired, flat or heavy.

Both can be true.

Some days feel light.
Some days feel like sludge.
Most days sit somewhere in between.

And all of it is normal.

After a few days of not feeling okay (perimenopause included),
today felt a little lighter.

So I followed the energy.
Got out. Networked — thank you to all those I connected with.
Explored bringing meditation classes to University of Wi******er.

Not forcing.
Just responding to what feels good inside.

Be honest…
How are you, really?

Okay?
Not okay?
Somewhere in the middle?

Wherever you are —
it’s not good, it’s not bad, it just is.

You’re not broken.
You don’t need fixing.
You simply need to give yourself permission
to feel whatever you’re feeling…
and take one small step at a time in this next chapter of your growth.

You already have what it takes.
And I’m right here with you 🫶🏽
