👏 Client Appreciation 👏
Victoria started training with me back in August. We took her measurements, got clear on her goals, and got straight to work.
In just 4 months, Victoria has:
✅ Lost 3.5 inches from her waist
✅ Lost 1.52 inches from her hips
Victoria said:
I started my health journey with Steph in August after realising that I needed to start looking after myself better. During that time I have learnt so much about strength and nutrition. Steph trains in a friendly, non-judgemental way and I’ve always felt confident with her support. I was initially apprehensive, having never trained before, however Steph’s kind and approachable manner immediately put me at ease. She offered lots of advice on general healthy habits, including diet and exercise, and I’m really happy with the results so far. What I’ve found, with Steph’s help, are sustainable ways of eating well and exercising with purpose. I feel stronger, more centred and happier in how my body feels - as a woman heading towards 40 I feel in better shape than ever!
These results come down to one thing: determination. Victoria stayed consistent, focused on her calorie intake, and committed to her workouts both with me and on her own.
