Does your festive to-do list feel never-ending?

This time of year can pile on the pressure, especially when you’re already juggling day-to-day life. It’s easy to get swept up in expectations, events, and obligations – but you deserve space for yourself too.

Try to build in moments that support your well-being:

✨ Delegate where you can
✨ Say yes to plans you truly want
✨ Say no to things you feel obliged to do
✨ Protect a little time just for you, even small pockets matter

The festive period can be overwhelming for many, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Checking in with a counsellor can offer grounding, support, and a safe space to breathe.

The first contact doesn't have to be a deep conversation. You can simply get in touch to ask logistical questions about availability, cost or location.

I offer a free, 30 minute initial session which is an opportunity for us discuss your needs for support and any concerns you have about counselling. You can ask questions around how counselling works, what to expect and the areas that may be discussed.

You don’t have to wait until a crisis to seek counselling. Ongoing stress can be difficult to live with day to day and counselling can help alleviate some of that stress.

Give yourself time to take that step and recognise that your mental health is just as important as your physical health.
