I’m running a gentle Online Mindfulness & Relaxation Evening on Saturday 21st December.

A peaceful space to unwind before the holiday period and settle into some calm.
We’ll have soothing mindfulness, deep relaxation and a short visualisation to ease the mind and support a sense of lightness for the days ahead.
