Our Story

Music can change emotions and at Living With Harmony we believe that changing emotions from fear to hope and sadness to joy is not only possible but our mission. Alistair Clarkson and Meta Killick are both music therapists who together run groups based around shared music making with the aim of increasing the participants happiness.

Living With Harmony offers group music therapy for people with additional needs such as dementia, learning difficulties, physical disabilities and mental health issues. We work with families and carers too.
