Message: Hi Hana, I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing couple massage you and your colleague provided for my partner and I. You created a great ambience and explained what was going to happen simply and clearly. You asked about any areas that needed to be avoided or concentrated on (my big toe!); also the amount of pressure which I thought was good too. I thought that swapping masseuses so we each experienced both of your techniques was great. The massage itself felt cleansing and healing. It didn’t jut unlock physical knots, but emotional ones as well. All in all this was a great experience and I highly recommend anyone else to use your services. Please thank your colleague as well, she was really empathetic with my partner.

I am taking bookins again yippie. I'm working from Choices health club in Troutbect for those who don't know. If you like to book a treatment you can now also use the Spa facities at discounted rate £8. Swimming pool and jacuzzy is open and for sauna and steam room we will have to way until mid-May. I look forward seing you soon xx

I'm Hanka and I am delighted to introduce you to Sacred Flow Therapies offering a range of massage and holistic therapies to help you relax, refresh and rejuvenate. I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which you feel safe to work on any emotional of physical issues you are dealing with. I have always been passionate about natural remedies and therapies and have been fortunate to follow my heart, training in a number of specialist 'mind and body' techniques including Antaneea massage, Thai massage, Pregnancy massage, Hot stones massage, Deep tissue massage, Dorn technique, Indian hear massage, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Transformational healing.

I use high quality products and massage oils. My work covers Windermere and the surrounding area and I am happy to visit you in your hotel, home or you can visit me in my therapy room. I am often available at short notice so please get in touch.
