Lately I’ve been noticing a ‘tiredness,’ a quiet tension a lot of us are feeling at this time of year 🌸
Spring brings so much energy - longer days, fuller diaries, more plans, more socialising, more doing. And in many ways that can feel SO good.
But I also think that our nervous systems don’t always move at the same pace as the season around us. We still need balance.
Even the full, expansive things can feel like “too much” when we don’t take time to pause.
