WELL-BEING AT WORK WEEK 💻
13th -17th November 2023

So much time of our is spent working, being sedentary in front of computer screens and phones. If your posture is not right, all sorts of problems can occur from aches & pains to repetitive strain injury and worse..

Make sure your desk set up is correctly, (especially if you work from home!) and be mindful of prioritising your well-being ❤️
Try and spend time away from your phone, inevitably being hunched over the screen and putting constant strain on your neck..

Ask your employer about their wellness policy whether they are open to bringing in a seated massage therapist as a benefit to the staff - it works wonders on stress levels, increasing focus and productivity, and reducing absence!

The Halloween masks might be off but the weather is turning and it’s time for us to make sure we’re nurturing our skin! ❄️

We don’t always need a moisturiser in the summer but with the onset of winter and the heating going on , it’s a drying time for our skin.

It’s a great idea to make sure you’re using the right moisturiser and adding in a weekly mask will help protect against the drying and exfoliating conditions of wind & heating!
