“You only live once.”

That is true, but just ‘living’ isn’t enough. You also want to be illness free, medication free, surgery free, pain free.

Most illnesses in your latter years are a result of diet and lifestyle now.

It would be gutting for your future self to realise that you’re suffering from illnesses that could have been prevented if you had made better lifestyle changes now:

1 Stop counting calories
2 Stop counting macros
3 Stop eating s**t food
4 Sugar is the biggest enemy
5 Processed foods are equally as bad.
6 Get a gym membership - some lifestyle gyms charge £0.99 a month on direct debit with a 0.25p joining fee. You can afford that.
7 Cut down on your alcohol
8 Yoga is good
9 Go for long walks
10 Meditation is good
11 Pilates is also good.

It’s your responsibility to look after your health, not your doctor’s.

Why the hype around magnesium?

It’s responsible for over 300 enzyme-driven biochemical reactions in the body, supports muscle and nerve function, and healthy sleep, and may even support blood sugar levels & heart health.

Magnesium is an essential mineral. The body cannot produce it, and it needs to be consumed daily. Unfortunately, studies have shown that 15-20% of the population is deficient in this vital mineral.

→ Fortunately, magnesium is abundant in many foods, and it's richest in: cacao, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, almond, spinach, cashews, peanuts, leafy greens, black beans and other legumes, whole grains, edamame, and avocado.
