Top tips on how to make healthy treats even more fruity:

🍓 Add berries or bananas to your breakfast, with yogurt, cereal or even French toast.

🍍 Ice lollies! Homemade fruit lollies are the most refreshing way to get fruity, I’ve included a link below for inspiration.

🍊 Salad: pomegranate seeds, apple, orange slices bring a flavour sensation you won’t know you needed!

So good I did it again …….one-pan chicken and pea pasta. That’s what I love about Slimming World real food for real results. I never go hungry. From this months Slimming World magazine.
