About Sa Ta Na Ma meditation
This is very old and Kirtan Krya yoga chant meditation that I have adapted for children. Very calming and meditative. Whenever I teach this at schools or festivals children, parents and teachers love it. So many brilliant benefits for little brains, senses and developing bodies and for grown-ups too.

A few weeks ago…
Great to be back at Oh Shala Festival 2025. It always marks the end of the school year and the beginning of Summer.
We have been so busy working in schools and teaching yoga, so not much time for posts. But we are still here doing our mindful Happy Panda work and to be back at Oh Shala this year was such a privilege. Wonderful to see families we met before and to meet the new ones.
We can’t wait for the next year with more fairy lights, blankets…
Sandy has already made a list 😂
