A few weeks ago…
Great to be back at Oh Shala Festival 2025. It always marks the end of the school year and the beginning of Summer.
We have been so busy working in schools and teaching yoga, so not much time for posts. But we are still here doing our mindful Happy Panda work and to be back at Oh Shala this year was such a privilege. Wonderful to see families we met before and to meet the new ones.
We can’t wait for the next year with more fairy lights, blankets…

Hello everyone, just having a little rehearsal! 📚

It’s that time of the year for OH SHALA YOGA FESTIVAL  25th - 27th July 2025 ✨
Bring your little ones and enjoy yoga fun! 😃❤️

If you would like to introduce your child to yoga and mindfulness, this is a perfect place for you.

Check out for all the details and fabulous lineup. This is an amazing community wellness gathering in Penn Buckinghamshire. There is something for everyone, three days to immerse yourself in wellbeing and nourish your body, mind and soul!

Come and see us in family space, and enjoy humorous yoga picture books come alive. Wonderful interactive children’s yoga stories with mantras and singing, followed by papercraft. Make your own character from the book. We can’t wait to see you there.

Hello!
New year, new term and new Happy Panda yoga classes in PE lessons !
Look at this fantastic triple pretzel 🥨 pose done by the children in year 4, wow how cool is that! I just turned around and ta da!
It just shows if you show children something new and inspiring then they will create something even better themselves!

After introducing all our big characters at schools and festivals, we discovered that the children love to match the characters to their yoga mats and blankets!
So I had an idea to make a more portable version for little yogis to play with to go along with the book!

Hello, big and little yogis! It’s festival time! ✨🤩

We are so happy to announce that we are going to be part of the family area at the fantastic this year. Join us on 13th and 14th July, Saturday and Sunday. 🐼🧘‍♀️🌺

It’s story time! We are going to be performing our latest book ‘Don’t Be Grumpy, Monkey!’ featuring the song Sa Ta Na Ma live! Come and join us for yoga, story time and chanting. Get ready for giggles, gasps, and heart-warming moments!

But that’s not all…
After the story, our amazing continues to bring the story to life with a crafts session where the children can make characters from the book.

Oh Shala is an amazing community yoga festival near Marlow with a wonderful program where everyone can find something to suit them. 🥰
