The lovely, secure garden is a great place to relax in warmer weather. Today our residents came together to celebrate National Puzzle Day by choosing their favourite puzzles and solving them as a team 🤝✨.
The room was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of fun 😄💙. A wonderful way to challenge our minds, share smiles, and enjoy time together!💖💖🎊

🥃🏴 Burns Night Lunch Celebration 🏴🥃

At the beginning of our celebration, we proudly read poetry by Robert Burns, setting the tone for a truly Scottish experience.

We transformed our lounge into a cosy Scottish-style restaurant where residents enjoyed a warming Scottish vegetable broth served with fresh sourdough and salted butter, alongside a wee dram of whisky. 😆💖💕
The main course featured classic haggis with neeps and tatties, topped with a rich Highland whisky sauce. Dessert was a traditional cranachan — a Scottish trifle made with whisky, oats, whipped cream, and raspberries. 😋😋
Thank you our brilliant chef Jas to prepare delicious food for us.✨✨👍🏻

We ended the celebration by singing Auld Lang Syne together . Everyone had a wonderful time! 🎶✨

🎶 Ukulele Tunes & Smiles 🎶

This afternoon we were delighted to welcome local musician Clive Beard, who entertained our residents with ukulele music and cheerful singing. 🤩🤩
Playing upbeat favourites from the 50s, 60s and 70s, Clive had everyone smiling, laughing, and tapping their toes, truly brightening a dark, wet afternoon. 😍👍🏻👍🏻
