I am closing down my business (just for today). But its for a very exciting reason! I have been collaborating with my amazing and talented and now new business partner. We have now launched our new holistic wellness business Sacral sisters. 3 days spent at the healing fair. And what a 3 days. The people I connected with, the healings I did, the energy that was present. The shift in my own energy has been almost tangible, I can’t wait to carry on the process that has started within myself and the business… watch this space! 🙌🩷

The reiki I practice is Usui reiki, dr Usui is known as the father of reiki, discovering it in the early 1920’s he then went on to share this reiki, and then was passed down through the years, it’s inspiring to me as a reiki master my lineage can be traced directly back to dr Usui!

Everything is energy and energy travels; it is not constrained by physical space or time. Just because it cannot be seen, does not mean it is not real. We cannot see electricity, yet can turn on lights at will. Reiki is like turning on the light of healing that exists in all of us; it is a beautiful energy that turns on the light of healing to promote relaxation and wellness!

This week was the spring equinox, officially the start of spring, a time for new beginnings, renewal and growth. The perfect time for starting projects, letting go of old habits, spring cleaning or just connecting to nature and the waking world around you!

As well as reiki healing I also work on chakras, ensuring they are healthy and aligned, our chakras effect our whole body and mind , and vice versa. A chakra tuneup and check is a great way to start the new year!

I’m working on my crystal collection at the moment, putting together a point set for my reiki work, collecting chakra based stones that can be placed under chakra points in the body for extra energy and healing! I thought the recent tiger stone purchase was particularly beautiful and perfect for root chakra work! 😊
