💫 Monday 9am - 8pm

💫 Tuesday 9am - 2pm

💫 Friday 9am - 2pm

💫 Alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm

It’s best to leave

⭐️3-4 weeks prior to an event for toxin

⭐️3-4 weeks prior to an event for dermal filler

⭐️10-12 weeks to commence a course of profhilo

⭐️10 - 12 week to commence a skin booster course

⭐️ 4-6 weeks for stand alone profhilo (6m booster treatment)

If you’ve ever been for a consultation with me, you will hear me comparing skincare to exercise. Your in clinic treatments are your PT sessions and your home skincare is your everyday gym work out.

If you go home after your PT session and eat pizza, you aren’t going to achieve the results you want.

Same goes for your skin…….

One aesthetic treatment is not going to achieve long term results.

Aesthetics is a journey that requires a foundation and the foundation is always good skincare.

As a medic it’s my duty to educate my patients on the fundamentals of good skincare - all my patients are entitled to free skincare advice, wherever they are in their journey.
