Mountbatten Grange has its own café, hair and beauty salon and cinema room, so residents can continue to enjoy a fantastic lifestyle. Keeping busy and enjoying lifelong hobbies and interests is vital to staying independent, active and well in later life, so the lifestyle team organises a varied programme of group and one-to-one activities and events. Residents also enjoy getting out and about to the wonderful shops in Windsor, to a local pub for lunch or to take a trip on the Thames.

The music was playing, the dancing shoes were on, and the smiles said it all! There’s nothing better than seeing everyone come together to enjoy such a joyful afternoon filled with laughter, singing, and plenty of toe-tapping tunes.

We are incredibly lucky to have such wonderful residents, supportive families, and dedicated staff who make moments like these so special. It’s the togetherness that truly makes our home shine. 💛

What a flipping fantastic time we had at yesterday’s Pancake Tossing Event! 🥞

Residents, staff, and visitors all joined in the fun, showing off their tossing skills (and a few creative techniques along the way!). There was plenty of laughter, a little friendly competition, and of course, lots of delicious pancakes to enjoy.

A big thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the day so special. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

Love was in the air as we celebrated Valentine’s Day with a wonderful live performance for our residents from Heidi McCaffrey ! 💖🎶

Our café was filled with music, laughter, and plenty of smiles as everyone enjoyed classic love songs and sang along to their favourites. It was a heartwarming afternoon full of dancing, sweet treats, and special moments shared with friends and staff.

We were delighted to welcome a very special guest — Father Christmas himself! 🎅
He spent time with our residents, sharing smiles, festive cheer, and handing out presents that brought so much joy to everyone.

There were plenty of laughs, happy faces, and a real sense of Christmas magic throughout the home. Moments like these remind us how important it is to create happy memories and keep the festive spirit alive for our residents 💖
