Elderly Care - Day-to-day support at home
At County Care we recognise that ‘there’s no place like home’ and with a personalised care plan, we will support you or your loved one to remain as independent as possible whilst at home. We offer a range of services including:
Assistance with personal care including bathing and continence management
Moving and handling transfers using hoists and stand aids
