As you will all know I'm always saying you need to stretch more, flexibility is so important. Now I know I should too but I'm so bad at it. I'm as flexible as a kit kat , I've signed up to a 31 day stretch challenge. I thought would be good for some of you too. Be quick started yesterday but 15mins a day every day in August. This week has been tan-tastic. Its also very hot. Top tips to remember after having tan it's 8 hr develop, the only thing that makes tan patchy is sweat or water in that 8 hrs, have fans ready, make sure house is cool, wear lose clothes, avoid bras, shoes, socks, anything that rubs, I've a few pictures of some beauties I did this week, thankyou for sharing your pics, gorgeous ladies!
