We’re open all year round—52 weeks a year!

The kettle will be on and there'll be a warm welcome ready for everyone—new members, existing members, and anyone thinking about returning after a break.

This Monday will be slightly different, as we'll be running one session instead of the usual two. The scales will be open from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

New member introductions will take place at 5:30pm, followed by a group session at 6:00pm.

BALLS!!!

Meatballs in fact! From the Slimming World Kitchen delivery service.

These are pork meatballs in a delicious tomato 🍅 sauce. Accompanied by spicy couscous with roasted butternut squash and air fried broccoli 🥦 just because!

You don't have to be a member to benefit from the delivery box service. But if you want use it alongside the support of a wider community, the experience and training of a consultant, the App and activity database, then joining my group in Windsor could be your answer.
