Slimming World with Sophie, Windsor Delighted to be helping the Windsor commmunity to achieve their weightloss goals. I love to support my members in our weekly groups. Everyone is welcome.

Monday groups held in Gardeners Hall, Windsor, 5.30pm & 7pm I'm the Slimming World Consultant in Windsor and also in Egham. I was a member but took an opportunity to train as a consultant in 2022. I am looking forward to making a difference to my members' lives as I support them to their goals on their personal Slimming World journeys'

At Slimming World, we're a supportive group of people who have come together to help each other with our common aim of losing weight, emphasis on 'TOGETHER'.

We celebrate our members' wins every week, but every year we especially celebrate that member in our group who has been super supportive to everyone, inspired us with their recipes and advice, and whose losses we have admired.

Tomorrow in my groups we are doing just that. And as part of that we are also holding a food taster - my members are already tantalising us with hints at what they'll be bringing along...

Slimming World Groups open Monday @ 5.30pm & 7.30pm at Manor Farm Day Centre, Egham Tuesday @ 9.30am, 3.30pm, 5.30pm & 7.30pm Guides HQ, Straight Road, Old Windsor (Opposite the Toby Carvery) We will be open 52 weeks of the year, new members are very welcome to either just turn up or to call me first if you want to chat through anything. We offer reduced rates for seniors and students, free membership for 11-15 year olds (must be accompanied by a parent or guardian) My aim is to help and support members achieve their weight loss and health targets within a warm, friendly and welcoming environment…with a bit of fun thrown in for good measure! If you are interested in losing weight… whilst still eating wholesome, satisfying and filling foods and never feeling hungry or deprived…then Slimming World is for you! After struggling with my weight for most of my life, I have lost 4 ½ stone. Slimming World has given me the tools and knowledge to lose weight steadily and keep it off!! I will be with you to celebrate happy times and more importantly to support and encourage you through the difficult times - we all have them. I want to show you that losing weight can be fun, that you can shed the misery of being overweight and any guilt that you might be carrying, just as I did. I want to help you be friends with food, but most of all I want to help you be the person you want to be, a healthier, slimmer you! We can accept cash, debit and credit cards as forms of payment.
