Throughout June I am offering runners an extra 15-mins with every 60-minute massage booked. This extra time will enable much deeper and effective work on the legs-great for those tight calves, hamstrings, quads and ITBs. In need of some Après-Ski pampering? I am pleased to offer all pre- and post- skiers 15 minutes on the house when booking a 60-minute Deep Tissue Massage. 60 mins never seems enough time to fully release those key muscles employed when skiing, but a 75-minute treatment is ideal. Valid until 1 May'22 😉

HAPPY SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY!
Today is the UK's 9th Small Business Saturday - a non-commercial campaign which takes place on the first Saturday in December each year - to help encourage consumers to 'shop local' and support small businesses in their communities.

I thought this would be a great chance for us to share and collate a list of our favourite small, local businesses - to help us find some really original, bespoke and maybe even ethical Christmas gifts this year, as well as support our local crafts and tradesmen. I am struggling to find many in Windsor but this would be my top five:

- A Hoppy Place - Great for Beer Lovers!
- Millar's Café - Great if you enjoy good coffee, good service and want a tasty gluten-free treat
- La Russe - Very good French food and well-priced for what you get.
- Smith & Cullen - The best in hair design!
- Eton Fitness - Great for fitness and nutrition

Please share any of your favourite local, independent businesses here. I need some Christmas inspiration!
