This can then become a self-fulfilling prophecy, affecting our self-esteem and what we think we are capable or worthy of as we get older. Then we can start to limit our opportunities and activities such as our physical activity or the way we dress.

What a brilliant night at Castle View we had yesterday! 🎶

We were joined by The Kings Pond Shantymen, and they were absolutely fantastic! Their sea shanties and stories from the high seas had everyone joining in - clapping, singing, and laughing together. It was one of those evenings that just felt full of warmth and community.

It’s nights like this that remind us what Castle View is all about - giving our homeowners the freedom to live independently, but with plenty of opportunities to come together and enjoy great company and entertainment.
