A healthy spine, when viewed from the side should have small curves in it which act like a spring to disperse force when you move. When these curves get too big or, or too small, its a recipe for back pain, neck pain and headaches. Push your chair in, place your hips well back in your chair, and use your back support.
This simple shoulder blade squeeze as our go-to tip this week to combat desk slouching.
👉 Try this: Sit tall, squeeze your shoulder blades together for 5 seconds. Repeat 10x.
