I hope you're having a good week so far, despite this rain.

Just a quick note to let you know that I have changed the time of the Friday class. I've made this change to give people more time between finishing work and starting Yoga, the Friday class will start at the slightly later time of 6pm and finish at 7.30pm.

Unwind Yoga: Breathe Out Stress, Breathe In Ease

This class is the perfect way to release tension and de‑stress after a busy day or week, preparing you for a restful night’s sleep. Join my Friday class and draw a line under your working week – you’ll leave feeling nourished, refreshed, and ready for the weekend ahead.

Suitable for anyone seeking a gentle introduction to yoga. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have practised before, you’ll be warmly welcomed.

Classes are inclusive: postures are adapted to suit all levels of mobility. With guidance, you’ll work at your own pace – no pressure, no performance – doing as much or as little as feels right for you.

Each class includes:
– Foundations of functional movement
– Breathing practices
– Relaxation techniques

Location: King George VI Day Centre, 83-95 Clarence Rd, Windsor, SL4 5AR or ONLINE via ZOOM

Do want to unwind and de-stress?

Have you had a busy week and feel exhausted or stressed? Whether you have a busy work life, where you've spent hours in front of a computer screen, or have been taking care of your family, why not take some time out for yourself to unwind and recharge.

I run a Friday class at 5.30pm, which would be the perfect antidote to a busy life.

NEW YOGA CLASS - Wednesday 7.45pm, Windsor

If you experience lower back ache or you have to cross your legs prior to a sneeze then this class is for you.

I have started a new Yoga class which focuses on Pelvic Health, this is vital in the postpartum period or if you are peri/menopausal, this class is open to both men and women.

A healthy pelvic floor is vital to support our internal organs, our pelvic floor needs to respond to movement such as breathing, walking, squatting etc and it needs to be able to absorb and release forces (recoil).

We are led to believe that a strong pelvic floor in enough, but it's important that it responds appropriately to everyday movements. If we hold tension in the pelvic floor and abdominals, we restrict breathing and movement.

Feeling stressed or anxious? Life moves fast — but your breath doesn’t have to. This is your invitation to slow down, reconnect, and restore.

No experience needed
Gentle, supportive environment
Ideal for easing tension and building mind-body awareness

Venue: Yoga for Harmony, Windsor
Starts: 2nd October - tomorrow.
Time: 6pm - 7.15pm evening class

Whether it’s your first class or your first in a while, you'll be very welcome.
