✨ Every behaviour tells a story. ✨

For many families, understanding what’s really behind a child’s actions can feel like the missing piece. That’s where autism behaviour specialists step in—helping children feel safe, understood, and ready to thrive.

Here’s how we make a difference:

1. We find the “why,” not just the “what.”
Behaviours are communication. We look deeper to uncover the needs your child is expressing and guide them towards healthier ways to connect.

2. We build emotional safety.
Meltdowns aren’t misbehaviour—they’re signs of overwhelm. With the right tools, children learn to manage big feelings more calmly.

3. We create routines that work.
Small adjustments and visual supports help everyday tasks feel smoother, boosting confidence for both children and parents.

4. We lead with compassion.
Our trauma-informed approach nurtures trust, resilience, and genuine progress.

5. We bring more peace to families.
When children feel understood, home life becomes calmer, happier, and more connected.

With the right support, children can flourish instead of struggling.
..And parents can finally exhale. 🌱

A New Chapter for ABC - A message from our Founder Georgiana Koyama.

🎤After 14 years as Managing Director of All Behaviour Consultancy (ABC), I wanted to share some important news with you directly.

Earlier this year, I accepted a new professional opportunity — one that felt like the right next step in my own journey.

Since then, I have been working closely with the team to ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition.

This has been an intentional process, planned well in advance, because ABC has always been about more than me — it has been about you, the people we serve.

🥰 From day one, ABC was built to respond to your needs: to provide evidence-based, compassionate, and inclusive behaviour support that champions dignity and meaningful change.

That mission has never belonged to one person, and it will not end with my change in role.

🙌🏾 I am delighted to share that Galina Papageorgiou has stepped into the role of Managing Director. Galina and I have known each other for many years — long before ABC existed — and we have worked side by side on countless cases. She is someone I trust deeply, who understands our values and the heart of our work.

In her own words, ABC is more than just a company; it is a community of dedicated people who show up every day for the children, families, and organisations we support.

📅While I will no longer be leading ABC day-to-day, I will remain closely involved as an Advisor. I will be meeting with Galina and the leadership team regularly, for board meetings throughout the upcoming academic year, to provide guidance and support as ABC continues to grow.

💪🏾This is not the end of ABC — it’s an evolution. The systems, culture, and team we have built together are strong, and ABC remains in safe hands with renewed energy for the future.

Thank you for trusting me and ABC over the years. It has been one of the greatest privileges of my career to serve you, and I look forward to seeing ABC continue to thrive, now from a different seat. 🫶🏾

With gratitude,

Georgiana Koyama

Founder & Advisor

💡 Understanding Under-stimulation in Autistic Children 💡

Ever notice the calm before a storm? Or the “too quiet, too still” moments in someone you support?

That’s not boredom - it's under‑stimulation: when your senses aren’t getting enough input. 😣

For autistic people, just as sensory overload can be overwhelming, not having enough stimulation can lead to frustration, disengagement, or attention‑seeking behaviour.

Think:

• Lack of focus
• Low energy or “drifting”
• Seeking movement, sound, or strong sensory experiences

Understanding is the first step to support. Check out our latest blog on Recognising and Understanding Under-stimulation in ASD children:

Under-stimulation occurs when the brain is not receiving enough sensory input .  For autistic children - particularly those who have reduced sensory awareness - this can result in feelings of boredom, restlessness, and emotional dysregulation. Key Signs of Under-stimulation in Autistic

Are you looking for Compassionate Child Behaviour Support for Autistic or SEN individuals?

One of the most valuable tools in understanding your child’s needs is something called a Functional Behaviour Assessment (FBA).

It’s not just a fancy term - it’s a thoughtful, person-centred process that helps us see the why behind certain behaviours, especially those that may seem challenging or confusing to us neurotypicals.

Parenting an autistic child can stir deep self-doubt - you might sometimes feel like you’re falling short.

Worrying means you care. And caring deeply? That’s the sign of an incredible parent. ❤️

Advocating for your child, embracing neurodiversity, and asking for help.

The quiet wins and self-regulated moments - these small victories matter. 💫

From showing up on the tough days and always learning, to creating a safe space where your child can simply be.

It’s not perfection - it’s presence.
