Some of you will have noticed I got myself a reformer to use at home, for multiple reasons, one of which being sometimes getting into the studio with classes & clinics can be super hard for planning classes these days, and another reason is I get the beauty of feet in straps whenever I feel like it 👌🏼

What’s your favourite, we all know it’s feet in straps really don’t we?!
