This week has been World Breastfeeding Week. I have supported Mums breastfeeding for many years in my role as a midwife, voluntary breastfeeding supporter, staff nurse in neonatal intensive care, and health visiting. Now in my role as a Craniosacral Therapist I bring all that knowledge and experience combined to give a holistic approach to support Mum's and babies feeding. Sometimes babies carry tension in their body which makes it more difficult to feed effectively. Craniosacral therapy can help release tension and aid more efficient feeding.
