Wow… just look at these results from Rachel! 🙌

She’s down 17.7kg, lost 100cm, dropped 7.9% body fat, reduced her visceral fat by 4 litres, and increased her hydration by 5.3% 💪

Oh, and she’s 2 dress sizes smaller too! 👗🔥
