To all of our lovely patients,
we apologise for any delays and queues experienced over the past couple of weeks regarding your prescriptions.
We are a very busy pharmacy and have recently upgraded our computers to enable a more efficient service.
As with all new things, we are experiencing teething problems but are 100% committed to do the best we can under the circumstances.
Unfortunately we have had the new system installed in the middle of 2 bank holidays and while the COVID clinic has been on so we are running a little behind.
