I just can’t do it!
I can never stick to anything
I never lose weight successfully
I just can’t commit to going to groups for support
I never lose more than a couple of lbs
Goodness isn’t weight loss frustrating!
But what do all those statements above have in common?
They are all negatives
When you change can’t to can and Never to always
Wonderful things start to happen!
And all it starts with is just one step!
