Smiling because I DID IT 💥🍷💐

Today I passed my final practical assessment for my advanced Level 4 Sports Massage qualification… and honestly, I’m over the moon 🥹

All the long hours, practice, nerves, and self-doubt led to this moment — and it feels so worth it. I’m not completely done yet (a few assignments left ✍️) but I’m so close to that finish line, I can't wait! 🏁

Grateful for everyone who’s supported me, encouraged me, and believed in me along the way ❤️

Mid-week recovery and preparation session for Mike after he 🚴🏻‍♂️ raced at the weekend — also ahead of a 3 stage race coming up this Saturday and Sunday at "The Peak 2 Day". Keeping his legs in top condition is essential. 🏃‍♂️💪

Regular sports massage between training and racing helps reduce muscle tightness, improve circulation, and support faster recovery so the body is ready to perform again.

During Mike’s session I used a combination of soft tissue release techniques, trigger point therapy and soft tissue mobilisation to ease tension in the legs, restore movement, and help optimise recovery and performance.

If you’re training, competing, increasing your mileage, looking after your muscles is just as important as the training itself. Proper recovery keeps you moving stronger for longer 🔁

It's been a busy start to March so far and just looking at my diary now it continues to be a very busy month!

It's been great today seeing clients participate in different events over the weekend and some achieving PBs! I've received alot of positive client feedback messages this week too and it's so nice hearing that people are moving better and feeling better, through massage, soft tissue therapy and their own health & fitness. 🙌🏼😀

How are the legs actually feeling? 🏃‍♀️

​If you’re mid-training block, upping your miles, working hard for a particular race or just starting out, things are going to get tight. It’s part of the game, but you don't have to just suffer through it.

Your legs deserve better than a two minute foam roll!

We often ignore recovery until something starts hurting and performing incorrectly. Save yourself the pain and inconvenience by getting some proper work done on the legs and rest of the body.

Massage is beneficial for runners in so many ways with regards to preparation and recovery. Make it part of your regime and trust the process. Feel the difference and see the results.

If it's not in the plan then it's not happening right?
