Just a note to thank everyone who supported today’s event and to those who came along. This was our first proper event for a while and it was lovely to dip our toe back in the event water. We will take lots of learning from today and hope to arrange future events both during the day and in the evenings. Today was just a first foray after a long time away. 💚💚💚As part of our Wellbeing Winsford day on Wednesday Winsford Lifestyle Centre we will be providing short baby First Aid sessions including infant CPR and how to deal with choking. Wellbeing Day on Wednesday 31st May Winsford Lifestyle Centre.
11am-3pm lots of activities for all ages including arts and crafts, fitness taster sessions and the opportunity to have a tour of a fire engine. Also free Baby CPR classes and Wellbeing Marketplace with lots of fab organisations.

4.30pm-6pm - Holistic afternoon including taster yoga and reiki. All therapists…Still spaces of you’d like to support this community event.

💚💚💚After far too long away, Wellbeing Winsford is back!!!! We are celebrating this relaunch with a Wellbeing Winsford Day on Wednesday 31st May at Winsford Lifestyle Centre💚💚💚

💚💚💚We are keen to involve local charities/voluntary organisations who do work around wellbeing to attend our Wellbeing marketplace. If you would like more info please get in touch 💚💚💚

At the Winsford Community Grocery today you will not only find a large selection of food but also clothing, brick'a'brack, uniform exchange and pet food.

In the community cafe this morning, where you can get a hot drink and snack for 50p, there are a selection of local experts to offer advice on getting into work, advice on energy and dentist services all available until 12:00

- Parents to be
- Parents of children under 2
- Parents who have experienced infant loss
- Girls from year 9 to age 18
