Since closing my clinic I have been happy to give advice and recommend colleagues with local clinics in the area. I also continue to do some home visits, mainly those with mobility issues or following injury or surgery such as hip or knee replacements.

Keep exercising it's so good for both physical and mental well-being.

Tuesday 30th April is my final day in clinic! Can’t believe it has come around so quick. Thank you for all the lovely messages and I shall miss you all -many of you I have known for 20 years or more. Some even before that in my 10 years at the Saxon clinic Milton Keynes.(1990 to 2000).

My physiotherapy clinic will close at the end of April. I Am looking forward to clinical skills teaching with Lucie Oddi...

My physiotherapy clinic will close at the end of April. I Am looking forward to clinical skills teaching with Lucie Oddie Physiotherapist and medical colleagues at Buckingham university in June and July.

Last day as a clinical educator With my very knowledgeable colleague Lucy Oddie physiotherapist. Buckingham university medical school 1st years clinical skills course for 6 weeks. Enjoyed working alongside a great team of doctors - first 3 weeks examining shoulder elbow wrist and hand. This week spine, hip, knee , foot and ankle. Always good to review anatomy, pathology and common sites of trauma and injury!

After 44 years since I qualified in 1980 from the Middlesex Hospital School of Physiotherapy and later a Masters degree from Oxford Brookes University in Musculo skeletal rehabilitation in 2012 , I am finally going to shut my clinic at the end of April 2024.

Thank you to all my lovely patients many of whom I have known for many years. I shall miss you all.

Last Wednesday morning this week at Buckingham University medical school - a 6 week block of working with a great team teaching 1st year medical students clinical skills in patient examination of the lower limb and spine! Today it's hip, knee ,foot and ankle and spine! Always good to review anatomy, and medical conditions, pathology and common areas of injury and trauma.

Looking forward to tomorrow’s Acupuncture conference organised by the Association of Chartered physiotherapists in Acupuncture. CPD is so important in keeping up to date and abreast of recent research evidence.
