Hi all,
I run a Thursday morning class in Winslow in the St Laurence Rooms. Suitable for anyone with basic Yoga experience and with mobility. If you fancy joining a small group of women (all different ages) and just have fun stretching and regulating your nervous system with breath, body and mind connection.

Doing a little reintroduction post as some of you are new to this account but also I'm feeling quite 'new' myself, after making some changes and recently doing some work on myself.
Here we go, Hi 👋I'm Marisela.
I’m a creative energy healer and owner of Adorn By M, which started off as a lifestyle brand/ shop in 2015, it then transformed into a yoga + wellness business selling classes, events and holistic products to suit.

Over the years and running this business on my own, I have been incredibly lucky to meet with some amazing people along the way, always feeling that we are sharing and learning from each other.

I love Art, Design, especially interiors, nothing excites me more than a beautiful space and flowers. This has always been so. I love to travel and visit places of beauty. I’m mostly English but I'm also part Venezuelan with some Columbian and Peruvian ancestry sprinkling also.
I love making things - especially for my home. My most recent craving is to paint on canvas again.

I live with my fiancé Sean and his daughter Tia and my two dogs Inti and Mabel (which I share with my ex husband). I'm very close to my parents and brother’s family. Over recent years I've flown out to Cyprus as often as possible to spend time with them.
I'm turning 42 in October - I'm a Libra/Scorpio Cusp Sun with a Sagittarius Moon, Gemini Rising. I need grounding (sometimes) so it helps that my partner is such a Virgo (Earth Sign)

I recently got back from leading a retreat in Peru, which for many reasons felt like the end of an era and beginning of a new one! I intentionally let go of a lot of things which had burdened me and finally felt I had released this fully with a Shamans help, that, and getting back in touch with my creativity. I really believe this has helped me to heal and move past things that I found painful. Ive found my medicine!

I believe there is undoubtedly a strong link between our internal and external environments which contributes to our wellness. I'm working on some new things that help marry up the combination of “ working on self” with good design. Exciting “ newness ahead” and I'm ready for it.

NEW Thursday Morning Yoga Classes
Starting September 5th.

I'm so happy to be starting LIVE Classes back up in Winslow. This is a gentle reintroduction into movement through stretching and breathwork.

With over 1000+ hours of Teaching Credits, I hope to help others move their bodies, relax their minds with ease and flow helping to relieve mental and physical pressure and stress.

All you need is a Yoga mat, water bottle and a commitment to self, that you can do this and look forward to the benefits.

🖤 ATTENTION: Womens Circle incoming 🖤

Just in case you missed it, but I've just been to Peru 💜...don't worry I'm not going to go on about that BUT what I will tell you is some magick did happen ✨. It involved a Shamanic Fire Ceremony with a Qero Shaman, an Ancient Lacuma Tree and the intention to release whatever burdens weigh me down.
It poured out 💦 when I tried to stop, I couldn't!
I was there leading a retreat and it felt like I was having some kind of breakdown ( in my head at least).
I can't tell you what the incantation or words were spoken to us by the Shaman BUT I do know my intention was fully behind this 🔥 ceremony and I wanted to let go and let go I did.
The next morning, I literally felt like I had a whole new body, I moved quicker, I was more focused than I had been in years and my thoughts were different.....it's hard to explain on here.
One afternoon I sat in the heart chakra garden and all this information just poured into my head, there was no it's, but's or maybe's just do. So here I am. 🙏
For 3 hours I'm going to share with you some mindset tools that will enhance your life spiritually and help you stay centered and focused in this capitalist society, because lets be honest..... Not all of us are able to head to an Ashram in India and leave our lives behind. No. That's escapism and we aren't doing that we are facing our lives head on, because quite frankly none of us have time to waste, and ACTUALLY it is ok to like our homes, culture and things and want spiritual peace as well. ✌️

So.. if you want to connect, be with like minded brilliant women, learn and be given some transformational tools, come join 💕💜🙌🙏.

🌈 Auras 🌈 **** save this post ******

How lovely to hear so many of you asking about Aura's and what it all means?
Well I won't lie I had to jog my memory on alot of it because it's been a while.

But I've created this post so you can save and refer to, when you feel like it. 💛🙏

We are all walking beings of light and multi faceted radiancy!!! It's in our very essence that we radiate washes of colour that depict different emotions, feelings, physical and mental states! Each characteristic has a colour code!!! Isn't that amazing 🤩 😍.

We have 7 Auric layers just like a beautiful 🌈 rainbow...... Honestly how bloody majestic is that!!!!
Each layer depicts your emotional, mental and physical ( bodies) well being....... It's all intertwined (I'm like a broken record with this one)

And just like a beautiful prism, our colours are always changing 🌈 always transforming, pending on the state of these bodies It is absolutely magick!!! 💥✨💖

Our Story

Adorn By M started as a small shop selling lifestyle goods and home decor - It was a beautiful small eclectic shop selling a range of products from Organic chocolate to recycled silver designer jewellery and artisan candles. In November 2017 I closed the shop door for the last time, to make way for new opportunities and TIME that I knew I wanted + needed to dedicate to my Yoga teaching (where my true passion is).

My decision to close the shop was a lifestyle choice I needed to make so I could achieve being present and available for Yoga clients and seek beautiful, practical, products that nourish and add to your life. Be it, through the senses i:e smell and taste (candles/essential oils + Ayurvedic teas etc) or perhaps through the energy in us and around us in our environment from Jewellery + Crystals that connects us to our chakras.

What do we do

Adorn By M is a platform in which to show, gaze + shop all these amazing products from awesome Artisans + Designers. PLUS an area to see whats happening at Adorn Yoga from classes, courses, and events (classes run by Marisela). Read our Blog to get inspiration from yogic philosophy to receipes to interviews with some pretty awesome people as well as focusing on mindfulness and how we can incoporate this into our lives.
