It's Saturday Bear lie in day ! Bear grins and jumps up wagging tail walkies !
So glad he did almost 3 miles before breakfast so good for our wellbeing and rewarded with what's around us . So very lucky
Now for a nice cup of tea!

Which one are you ?
We all feel exhausted and drained at times and never seem to have the time to look after ourselves.
Don’t get like the tree on the right .By then you will be to exhausted to help yourself or others that need you !

Morning all Happy Valentine Day x

Thought I needed to share issues that seem to be a recurring problem that I come across when helping clients , that really can be viewed from either side of the fence !
A client tells me over a course of wellbeing session that they feel let down , lonely unloved ,uncared for when all they do is help others . Sound familiar ?
So Client feels abandoned and used .
A normal thought and unfortunately in some cases true.
However in this and many other cases when exploring deeper find out that in fact friends/family/colleagues in fact have offered support such as a cuppa and chat , telephone call, night out, a walk and offers of lifts to get to appointments etc. it seems a lot of people feel they are to proud or anxious to accept and will seem weak in doing so and battle on .
Friends/family will normally offer this a few times so maybe they need to take time to look at it from the other side if offers keep being rejected they will give up !
This in turn sends client into a circle of downward spiral feeling even more alone.
The reason for writing this on Valentine's day is to maybe help someone accept help, as a chat can work wonders and unlock the path to accept some help.
If it is difficult or you don't want to initially burden your friends,you may find it easier to start trying with a stranger first and Samaritans offer that . Having volunteered as a listener for many years was rewarding hearing the relief of people being able to talk things through. So here is their number open

Bear Update:
Well as you can see the fun never stops here !
I spend hours watching this friendship grow . Kasia is definitely the boss and just loves teasing Bear by hiding under the sofa and grabbing him as he walks past .
It is amazing how much joy animals can bring into your life and help calm the mind , that is after they have left fur everywhere and scratched the furniture 😂
Kasia still joins us on walks if I don't manage to keep her in before we leave ,she has learnt to hide outside and then join us down the road and Bear walks with her and waits if she decides to climb a tree it is really funny.
Now the nights are drawing in my early evening appointments are being snapped up , so please book in plenty of time.
