After a glorious week relaxing and laughing in the sunshine with my beautiful family (🥰), I’m recharged and looking forward to yoga workshops back at home this summer.

Summer sessions as follows:
Wirksworth (6:30-7:30pm): Weds 23rd July, 6th Aug and 20th Aug
Mansfield & live online (5:30-7pm): Thurs 24th July, Tues 5th Aug, Thurs 21st Aug.

No experience or equipment required. Please get in touch if you fancy a stretch this summer
