Sunday 28th September will be the 2nd morning "Light The Way" event organised by MHI (Mental Health Initiative)

In 2024 they started the now annual, Light the way walk, and attracted over 40 people on what became an incredibly memorable morning with views that will last in our memories forever!

The walk will start at 5am meet at Memorial hall Wirksworth, and end as the sun rises 7.00am Middleton Moor.

We will then all walk back to Wirksworth together, hopefully taking in the morning sun.

🌿Timings and route.

🌚5am meet -Memorial Hall Wirksworth.

💙Route - Through town, Old Lane, Stone Centre, High peak trail towards Middleton Top, Middleton Moor

If the route seems a little challenging, why not meet at the stone centre for 6am

😎Things to bring
Weather appropriate clothing. Torch or head torch. Drinks.
‼️Important
If bringing a dog please ensure they are under control on a lead at all times.
